Oh WOW, that's pricey! I live in Oakleaf Plantation in a 3 BR, 2-12/2 BA townhouse for 1300/month. Have access to AMAZING amenities, "A" schools just over the Clay County line. Was helping a friend seek a reasonably priced apartment, and am shocked at the high rental fees. God bless you all.

I got a 3 bed 2 bath and paying $1200 plus utilities.
I believe it's a little over $1k; prices went up but I've been here for 3yrs and I'm paying around $940 for a 2/2
My 1b1b is 867+ utilities
