My children who are 8 ,10 and 1 month old went here for a trunk or treat. As we went into the line to start getting candy a Karen who had a Cookie Monster costume on made a comment about her seeing my children and I twice and quote “a lot of them are coming back in the line twice I remember those costumes ”. Who is she referring to as them? I guess out of everyone that came she remembered me and my African American children coming back again. Which was a lie and I had to tell her that we did not. My kids heard that and it made my 10 year old feel uncomfortable. I told her I did not appreciate that comment. Very disappointed seems like a very good church that I once considered going to but not if they have Karen’s that judge others.
