The Fairgrounds isn't really much open until the Carnival actually opens, on behalf that i actually work for the Carnival i can tell you that we will be opening today at 1pm and will most likely not be closing till midnight. After that the Carnival will be open from 12pm to 12am everyday.
The Fair is open on the weekdays (Sunday through Thursday) from 10am until 11pm. The Carnival is open (Sunday through Thursday) from Noon - 1pm. Today the Fair is open until Midnight.
