I had the worst experience of my life in that office... they will treat people like rag, No respect for anyone in any form. They will collect your money, delay your passport and be expecting you to bribe them before they do their JOB. They are so currupt.... it took them 7months to renew my passport and I visited the place 5times before i get my passport out... I Pray and I wish I have no reason to visit that Nigeria house again...

If you are unable to book an appointment online, just walk in to the consulate of newyork and pay a walk in fee of $100 and you will get it done.
