Thank you Najada. You were very good. I left Michigan and arrived at 1 am in NY. And in the middle of the night he got up and brought me the documents. I appreciate it immensely.

I MUST leave a review. That’s because never in my entire life have I experience a worse customer service experience. Worst customer services EVER with whomever answers the phone. Very unprofessional. The woman who answered the phone kept hanging up multiple times ( at least 5 times) saying she has in person people to attend to. Why do you even bother to pick up the phone when you have in person people to attend to?? She kept cutting me off then handing up leading her to making wrong assumptions for not listening me to the end. Overall, she didn’t listen to my concern nor did she address it. Customer service 101 TIP: Please learn to listen and communicate properly. Such a disgrace and embarrassment to our nation. Hope I don’t have to call/walk in to the Albanian embassy in NY, EVER AGAIN. Awful experience.

I finished work in 5 minutes, respected people who should be appreciated for the services they provide

I agree with you!! Same Experience
Download the eAlbania application, register with your accurate data and you can request and renew any document from there! 🙏🏻😊
i need to know this answer too, please.
The Vacation is not Required to enter the Consulate or to do any of their procedures. You are required to have a mask at this time though until you are told otherwise.
$258 in money order, not sure why the consulate cannot invest in a card reader or on-line form of payment? Not employees fault, those in charge should move with the times. Ça me bo, ka edhe me keq lale!

I do not work for the Albanian embassy, but I will check Albanian customs policy in relationship with your country(passport you hold). Sorry.
From America almost two months, because everything is processed in Albania and then comes to America
Hi Xheni . You can go there without appointment. To renewal your passport you need to go from Monday to Wednesday. From 10 am to 1pm For the times I'm not 100 % correct but i was there between this time
Here you can also get your ID and Passport. I don't remember well but overall if I'm not mistaken it seems that ID plus Passports cost about $ 300. There is no procedure other than having an identification tool and Albanian and the application days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Hope I helped you with the answer
Your I do not believe that you end up working within the day because the passports for children must be approved by the Embassy in Washington but you can try to call the Albanian Embassy better
Check the website :) or...visit the consulate and they will gladly help! Just be polite and respectful the same way you expect others to be with you. As far as l can guess you have time to renew but ask their staff for an accurate answer. Good luck!
No there is problem to find parking spaces
Hi Sara The relative person needs to apply online for a visa on the official website USA Embassy in Albania Tirana and to make appointment . From you doesn't need nothing only your home address and your yearly income. The visa is B2 for turismo. Have a grat day
Yes you can apply dor the ID card over there. You need the old ID card or passport to apply for a new one and for the cost i recommend was 65 $ or 45 $
Excuse me. Do you know which hours they are there ? Until 18.00 are they over there?
