What happens if ur more than 15 mins late & when u call to tell them the answer systems says they are still closed

I do not understand the question. I undwrstand this is a f word ...FREE! So seeing how this is free assistance...don't be late It is on a first (another f word) come first serve basis and there are plenty to take my place if I am late!!!

If you cant get through on the phone, go down there and try to plead with the people there. Ask to talk to the supervisor. You have to be on top of that stuff , try not to go late. Hopefully that answered your question.
