I have been trying to get through and it's busy or recording states not able to take call at this time. Please advise, need help with rent and aps payment. Am a senior and have no one to help me. Please help, please.I have eviction notice must pay by the 26th of this month!!! Aps shut off notice received, must make ASAP.

They are supposed to, but you're supposed to start calling in Monday morning at 8 am and if you are lucky (very very lucky) someone will talk to you before noon. Then rental assistance is only the first few phone calls.

You have to call have your family call and your friends to get through.

The main line is staffed by people that try to answer the phone before your call falls back in queue. That office tends to be busy most days. You will have better luck reaching someone after 10am.

They will not let you. It's first come first serve. People need assistance all over the valley and it wouldn't be fair.

Sorry, but u have to call them to make an appt. They usually run out for the month the first wk of the month u will have to call and see .

You call on Monday morning at 8 am and keep trying until you get through. They will schedule a time for your during that week

If its for rental assistance good luck i been calling every monday. If you dont threw by 8:30 most likely calls answered are for utilities only unless your rent and utilities are paid for together... if you do get a appointment HAVE COPIES OF I.D'S FOR ALL ADULTS LIVING IN HOME .. RECORDING ONLY SAY I.D OF APPLICANT BUT WHEN YOU GO IN THEY ADD THAT TO THE LIST . ALSO ITS SAD THAT THEY WAIT TIL 2PM TO SEND YOU TO GET ITEMS THEY WANT AND WANT YOU TO BE BACK AT 3 PM .SO I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE IN TEARS BECAUSE THEY TOOK BUS FROM SOUTH SIDE , NO WAY COULD THEY BE BACK IN A HOUR .. SMH
