My name is Manuel holguin. I went in 2 weeks ago & i haven't received my card yet ? I was told in the office it would take 2 weeks. What gives ??

We fixed the issue guys. Our normal time for upload is 3-4 days now. And we have express upload available for $20 extra. Express upload takes 15 minutes

I just called AZDH I paid the first week of January and they BARLEY received it Feb 4th and approved it TODAY and will mail it out to me Friday is what I was told....o e of their employees delayed on mailing out everybody's applications and I believe was notified for their mistake

Dont know. Hate being ripped off. They say they are fixing it. But I have not received info yet. Nor has DHS told me the same things about delays.
