Write out a letter with her new information. Include her SSN and have her sign it and then send to local office. SSA does not use Power of Attorney. If necessary you can apply to be her representative payee by going to office.
need to have her check direct deposited to another bank.....is there a way to do all this without spending so much time in the office?
