In the past in trying to get my daughter's disability benefits I left numerous messages for the case worker and never heard back from them. When my mom called to ask about if she qualified for benefits the lady laughed out loud at her at her saying she made too much money. My mom's income is only $1075 a month. Very rude and insensitive service.

Only answer the phone 1 in maybe 50 calls, when they do answer they will promise to make sure everything is taken care of for you just to rush you off the phone I've been waiting and calling over 6 months trying to get my daughters social security card with they never even mailed in the first place so now I'm trying to apply for a replacement to a card they never sent while they don't answer the phone or send me the applications necessary. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! If I didn't HAVE to deal with them I wouldn't...how do you have such an important job and care SO LITTLE about doing it? UPDATE Still have never received it and had them CONFIRM they never even attempted to mail it. They told me I would receive a paper with her SSN on it as well as an application but I never received those either. I won't be able to complete my taxes and get my money all because of how completely INCOMPETENT this office truly is. Also don't bother calling they stopped putting people on hold and just hang up on you now

Sherie Adams-- I had to call here to make changes for my 90 year old mother. The woman I spoke with couldn't have been nicer. She was patient and respectful towards my mother. Very helpful. Would have given 5 stars but had long wait on hold.

How do I get my social security card
I was just approved and they only go back 2 year's and I actually received my first lump sum maybe a week or two after getting approved! Depending on how much your owed in back pay you'll receive your second Lump Sum in 6 months and then your last one in a year!!!! Is this by chance what your looking????
