Do not waste your time taking your clothes and shoes to this place. Took clothes and shoes there and called me and said to come pick them up. They were not good enough for there little store. They never even looked at them. Staff was not very pleasant at all especially the older lady that I assume was the manager.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Dropped off clothes Saturday didn't hear anything for a few days so today (Tues) I called them and went over to get my tote and $$ for my items. The clerk pulled my tote off the shelf behind the cash register and handed it back to me and said sorry but we can't accept any of this. I said, WHAT? Why not? She went on to tell me that it wasn't their style. Funny, because my clothes/items were Ruff Hewn, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, trendy name brand jeans from Macy's & Belk, high-end trendy designer tops, etc from specialty shops in Tyson's and Dulles. Upon further inspection, I checked my tote contents and discovered they had NOT even looked at my clothes!! My brand new Ruff Hewn khaki's with the attached price tag of $69 was still on the bottom where I originally placed them and a few other items were placed strategically (on purpose) and EXACTLY as I had laid them in the tote. Think twice about doing business here. Items on their racks were DREADFUL! They mentioned to me initially that they wouldn't accept Walmart clothes. I didn't have any Walmart brands to consign... but I will say I WOULDN'T wear any of their inventory to Walmart!!! Store smell was stale (Lysol would help) and the used VAN sneakers on the shelf had visible mud stains .....but they can't take anything of mine? From what I observed, my things were too good for this ragbag shop. I will be taking my gently worn & brand new with tags , high quality clothing to a more reputable store. You could be of better service to your clientele by adding some ambiance, (your store needs some air fresheners/Lysol and also maybe some rope lighting decor for a little pizazz- it's quite depressing), better quality clothing /something for all tastes- not just the bland sweaters and plain long sleeve shirts with wrinkled collars that I saw there today. Floors were stained and crusty. And, whats with your entrance doors? VERY INCONVENIENT to balance a heavy, full tote & have to pull the door open with your hands full! I call for a design overhaul...really, think about it. You guys are really getting low marks from me due to the snarky way I was treated from how you rejected my items without even going through them. 70 min round trip for what? For a tote to sit ignored for 72 hours. You all need to brush up on your retail skills, customer service skills and quit taking dirty, smelly items in place of clean, classy, trendy & brand new. Not every young person wants to wear your old ragbag-worthy apparrel. Somebody needs a fashion update and it ain't me. 😉

Did not have a good experience at all! The lady at the desk thought it was funny that we needed to put the clothes in a basket and not have it overflowing! The second lady picked through our clothes after making us wait an hour n half.
