I bought a new pair of glasses in charlotte NC last week but I didn’t like the frame I just moved to Ft Lauderdale yesterday and I Went to the Pearl Vision in Hollywood Florida this morning I was greeted by Stephanie who helped me to select a frame that I liked and one that I could transfer my prescription into The technician worked on it while I looked around and chatted with the staff The whole process took about 30 minutes and I was really happy with my new frame The best customer service ever
