He sent a bill for services to my wife one year later and no one could explain why or why the insurance didn’t cover. They said that if I wouldn’t pay it immediately they would send it to collection so I paid against my will

Best to call his office since patients wouldn't necessarily know the answer. I do find that their office accepts most major plans.
