Went to this office in order to help Ukrainian refugee family, got zero help, horrible attitude and miss information. This office needs urgent attention from management.

The lady working at counter 11 on 07/26/2022 needs help or training on how to treat humans. That is the most horrible customer service I have ever had. Shame on u madam!

Agent at the counter was horrible. No customer skill at all. I can't go there anymore nor I will recommend a relative. Instead, I will visit the office in my area.

Wow!! Great service! Amazingly fast. Extremely nice people. I sent my paperwork in to get a replacement document. I made an error and it needed to be fixed in person. I showed up, signed in, waited no more that three minutes, and they resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes. Thanks so much!!!

Hello. The Social Security Administration observes and are closed during all federal holidays. So during the last week of December it will be closed Christmas day and New Years. SSA does post their closings on the website as well.
You have to call them too get the fax number
Took two weeks after I requested appointment.
So basically call and ask to schedule an appointment?
Nope
Pick up forms and make appointments about disability interview and questions
You can only make appointments on weekdays they're closed on weekends
Yes you need a state ID, birth certificate proof of address. I believe you can use a medical card as proof of as well but it has to have your full name birthdate and the date that it was issued.
Check online with mta
You can do the paperwork there. They will mail you the card.
