I live abroad. I mailed my birth certificate to them in June and it was marked "delivered". It's now October and they claimed they don't have it after ignoring four earlier communications from a local Social Security office and me. I now have to replace the certificate and hope that it comes quickly. Terrible service.

My case was submitted to this office Oct 2021 I have yet to receive a letter or call regarding my case. I would like my info to be transfer back to the ssi disability so I can get my funds this is ridiculous

No, you walk to the "Public" entrance and use the touch screen and put in your information and it gives you a ticket number. 6001 Wabash is the location I went to.
Get a ss-5 form from their website. You have to send in your marriage certificate, proof of identity and the application to their drop box and your marriage certificate will be mailed back certified
Contact social security office at Wabash make an appointment take all your correct documents up there and have the matter taken care of oil bash is a good place to fix problems with social security the best tecks are up there.

Since this was posted a year ago could you please tell me how long it took? My boyfriend didn't get the notice to reapply for Medicaid so he was cut off for 3 months. Social security took over$400 from his monthly benefits for 3 months of Medicare premiums. They said once he gets approved again they will refund him for the 3 months.
