There is a hold put on your card for the amount of the deposit. Once the rental is completed your card will be charged the amount of the rental. Debit cards are accepted if you are from outside the tri state area with an itinerary showing your return flight.
If you are 24 and have an return itinerary At the Philadelphia do you need a debit or credit card?
The deposit will be refunded after car return and fuel conditions met
That is a deposit that goes on the card. But that gets credited back when you return the car. The actual rental charges does not go on your card until the car is returned. Also, they will not accept debit cards, only regular credit cards.
This is a community of other people just like you we do not work at these facilities so when you ask questions like that it's best that you actually maybe call Alamo and on here people may or may not know the actual way they do it but I do believe they put a hold on it the amount of your rental for at least a week I believe if it's a debit card if it's a credit card that you put a hold on that amount for a week or so
I think there is a hold on your card for that dollar amount if you use a debit card I think. But as soon as the rental period is completed, it gets removed
