It depends on when the eyeexamener is there I think twice a month he comes you would have to ask for the calendar.yes you can call sometime you can catch someone to pick up sometime you have to leave a message.
While living at THE BRIDGE, I was able to find out from my case worker about eye appointments I did qualify for and receive glasses.
