@Albert Hicks.. They have steps to assist you with that part..if you have anything with your photo on it Gym member badge.. Government badge.. Something .. School ID..Prison ID... They will assist u.. just please be patient qith them..they will be patient with u..
They will help you get what you need...such as birth certificate etc. Just go to their website and it will tell you what days etc and what you need to do. I can't remember exactly step by step what has be done but they helped me once. Hope this helps.
