Can one access the campground via car in March 2018 due to Hwy 1 road construction? Is the camping experience comprised in any way due to construction?

From the south go to Naciemento Furgasen road thru Fort Hunter Ligett.

We were there in October. It was opened from the North and you can take the alternate route from the south. Camp is still operational.
