I do not recommend. It is not really a campground but a long term resident and storage facility. The grass is not cut, everyone on top of each other, mean resident dogs, dog park smells, backs up to another trailer park, no clean up after pets, mobile homes all over property. Our view is an electrical box and a dumpster. Didn't even unhook. I can not believe we had to pay 70.00 to stay here for a night. We can't wait to leave

We read so many bad reviews here but honestly I like to form my own opinion. We really enjoy staying here. Yes there are a lot of permanent people here. Most really take care of their personal spaces and yes some not so much but in all. We really like this RV park and will most definitely return when we are in the area Pools are great π Rec hall has everything you need for indoor fun π€© Laundry area is nice and clean β Bath houses are cleaned daily π I also love that this is super close to shopping and downtown Winter Garden.

First time at this campground, it's ok-ish, but not one I'd necessarily revisit. It's really in need of a substantial revamp to be brought anywhere near current. The bath house is clean but old and all the other amenities are showing their age as well. There are also a lot of long term residents here... enough said. The sites are small, very bumpy and uneven, and grass and dirt only, so when it rains (Florida!!) expect a fair amount of mud. The campground roads are very narrow, make sure you choose a pull-through spot, backing in could be tricky if you have a larger camper. All in all, at $64 per night I was expecting a lot better.

Call the office for reservations. They can give you a quote. Depends on site availability, location, length of stay, size of rig and time of year. If you speak with someone that works there, they will be able to help you.
They do just be careful about the property manager.
Check with their website
Yes, call the phone number to inquire
Yes
It is analog, some sites are better than others. There is a pretty good line up of channels.
Yes
I don't believe they enforce it maybe they will because it is busy now but mine is in the 80s also and I've been here for about 6 months
Call resort to discuss spot needed for your RV and pricing. Rates vary.
I'm not for sure but I doubt it.
No tent sites
Their site says 3pm
None.
Don't know I'm staying for two weeks
Free Spectrum TV and some pull through sites and can accommodate at least 45 feet. And lots of dogs.
I don't live there myself but I have friends that live there and I only pay 540 plus power
Very friendly office. β πΌnice resortπ’
It is mostly seasonal owners. Snowbirds. Some might rent if they don't come for the season. There are about 100 permanent residence. Periodically there are park models for sale. The front office can help.
No.but you can Uber or take local public buses to Universal instead of paying for parking at Universal.
Call the management anead of time to make arrangements if possible.
They are negotiable. The community is friendly. Management has made the park look more inviting, so the prices reflect.
I was there in February and I had a deluxe site near the office and it was $60 a nite. I didn't use a discount like good Sam's Club but they do accept many. Other sites cost less that was their most expensive site
Still
There's a second laundry located at the second pool in the back. The rear is mostly park models the front is mostly RVs and campers.
