I’ve been a customer of Grand Lakes location since late 2020. I’ve seen a revolving door of front desk staff coming and going. I’m extremely disappointed in the way I was treated on my last visit on Oct. 20th at 9:10 appointment. After my lash service and being checked out at the front desk , one of 3 ladies huddled behind that desk took my out of pocket payment since I didn’t have a credit and I didn’t want to make snd early drawing of my membership payment. She quickly ring me up and used my card in file as I asked her without applying the $10 dlls off they had sent me on text earlier that week for my birthday month. Just 2 days earlier from my appointment. When I mentioned to her this failure and asked her if she coild give me a coupon for my following visit she said: No, I can’t because I won’t be your birthday month next time you come to get service. I’m dissatisfied with how lithe concern they have to retain their loyal customers, and yet they have the audacity to ask you to refer your friends for a discount of $20 dlls for them and you. NOPE!! You are not getting my referral! I’ve come to you because of the convenience of your location and a very few of your eyelash technicians some better than others. Already looking for a new business to happily provide great service and customer satisfaction.

You text and let them know you have arrived. You cannot just walk in. They text you back and let you know when you can come in..masks are a must. They check your temperature...ask you to sanitize...then give you a small cup with lash cleaner and you clean your lashes and then you go in with your stylist. All the employees are wearing masks.
Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.
Yes! We have many options for voluminous lashes. We offer our Amazing Volume Classic 3D, 6D, featherweight, and hybrid volume eyelash extensions. Our lash stylists will work with you to give you the perfect dramatic lash look.
To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
