The lady answering the phones RUDE hung up on me. I have been to the board meeting total LOSERS its all volunteer position but they EAT dinner for free on us once a month no TRUST. Ignore us the Cinco Ranch society!!

They hand out violations all the time with no real justification. When questioned, they simply refer to the Covenant, Article 4, Section 2 which in turn references the Community-Wide-Standard. The community wide standard does not exist so it becomes any weird requirement they can think up. If their enforcers decide today that the community wide standard is that every brick on every house should be painted purple with A polka dot in the middle, you will be getting a letter in the mail tomorrow stating that you are in violation because you haven't done that painting yet.

The lady at the front desk needs to go. She is so rude. I asked one simple question about dues and she was so condescending. Would not shut up long enough for me to get my question across to her. If you can bypass her, good for you!
