Is it typically tough to book here? I’m looking to book about 6 months in advance and there’s nothing available. (New to this, please be kind).

It's extremely hard because it's a beautiful campground! Sites only open up 6 months out so if you know you're dates I would be glued to the computer 6 months before. You can book them on recreation.gov. Alternatively, you can take your chances on the first come first serve sites but that would be a little risky.
