You just show up in the morning from 10 am and see if there's any room left. But I seriously recommend making a reservation in advance, especially in the summer months. It's a small but popular campground and there is only one alternative close by.
Sites that are available such as cancellations, walkins etc are available at 2pm first come first serve.
