Planning on Pre riding a race thats in the area in Sept. I was told I can Boondock here. I do see some pics of someone camping, but want to make sure I can park My Small RV here for a few days while I pre-Ride the race course. Is this allowed?

YES!!! You CAN camp here!! You're allowed to camp for two weeks. Right at the trailhead & it has a restroom. It's a great place to stay! And people, including locals, park and hike their gear up to camp up in the trails all the time. :)

Trailhead only. No camping at that site.

I don't know about the trailhead exactly, but you can do dispersed camping in the national forest. On top of the rim you can just pull of and camp off most of the forest roads and you can access the course that way if it turns out you cant camp at the trailhead. Good luck at mogollon monster, right?
