I think my sweet cat may have distemper and I can't afford to take her to the vet. She has a discharge còming from her nose, shes sneezing, dry heves,and vomiting. But we don't have a lot of money. Can you help please?

My suggestion is you bring her to the animal shelter or as others suggested a low cost animal clinic for evaluation

i know the clinic offers low cost vaccines and neutering. i am not sure if they see patients for other things. but there is the east lancaster animal hospital and a vet on hulen that i believe offers low costs things to. wish i had more information for you. 😣
