Hello I have a question here are they still doing telemedicine with patients well if they are they won't do just one more telemedicine with me they know I have no transportation to get there til the 28th and I don't have any medication

I already had a urine done and I have appointment with them this Wednesday I kept telling them I don't have a way to get there I don't know anyone to take me there but I don't understand why they wont do just 1 more phone appointment with me when I need my medication
