How come they don't call you back! I've been calling that office for over 5 hours just wanted t

So I have been dealing with antebi and his staff so here goes whomever you speak to on his staff are down right rude and nasty dr antebi is an amazing man including Marc the other practitioner I have now recently had a series of events happen in my life from cancer 3 yrs ago to colon resection to now a pacemaker implanted right down to liver failure in August of last year all the while antebi and his crew kept me alive the office staff needs to understand that you can not treat every patient as a hostile patient the same woman consistently called with an attitude her office manner is deplorable I have had enough of nj and how things are done so I moved out of state my insurance company is nj Medicaid I am trapped in the system of trying to find doctors i had to travel days to get to his office spend hundreds of dollars in car and hotel fair at one time for 3 months. Antebi was always one my side along with Marc whom never wavered inwant to thank them and some of his staff thanks

I've been calling them to all day since they opened and my appointment is today on the phone and if they don't call me back soon or at all they better call me cause I need my medication today and if they don't I'm gonna call my lawyer and tell him what's going on I've been leaving messages on their voicemail they don't even answer the phone leaving messages all day

I would like to know if you have gone there on mondays?

I go here because my insurance is limited on Drs. The wait to see a Dr is as bad as getting in touch with the office. And remember, they are just what they are, pain management. You will never get cured/better. They just keep giving you scripts and never address/fix your problem.

They're really busy.If You can just go to the Office.You're better off.
