I came in to help my friend find a couch, which we had seen a couch and loveseat set that we put a hold on for her the day before with Barbara. She wanted to make sure of what she was buying and as soon as she looked at others and went back to that set, she was sold on the beauty and comfort of that set. Kathryn was upstairs with us in the clearance outlet, as I wanted to buy an end table that my friend would like. I had seen a beautiful red sofa earlier in the day on an email that my friend had sent me that Barbara had sent to her. When I saw and sat in the red sofa, I knew it was the perfect couch for my home. Kathryn was wonderful in helping me to finally decide on getting it. She is new to the job, but will be a wonderful addition to your staff! Helpful, but not pushy, she knew I loved it and made it happen! Thank you, Kathryn! I have bought from Kensington’s outlet in the past, like almost thirty years ago, and the look and the quality of my furniture has withstood the test of time!
