Firestone EHT is the best and has always done a good job with our vehicles I can't say enough about the team there especially the real OG thats no longer with us..They have been servicing our vehicles for a very long time,probably close to 10 years..and have done major and minot work and it's always came out good..oh yeah they did brake my mirror about 3 years ago but the OG manager that's gone but not forgotten always took care of us..thanks Firestone FAM.

1st time there for brakes service. The service advisor Rob suggested to have a new pair of front rotors for my car. I agreed the parts and labor charges of $385 plus tax he quoted. After waiting for about an hour there, another technician pulled me to the side and said they couldn’t find the parts. He told me to go home and the store manager - Brandon Buzby will contact me when the parts are available. Next day, they emailed me an invoice of $551.99 for the same service but much higher price than they quoted a day earlier. What a SCAM they tried to pull! And the so called store manager Brandon never contact me. I ended up getting my car fixed at Bargain Brakes & Mufflers where the manager Pat treats customers with respect and straight forward. Folks, be aware, don’t go to Firestone Auto Care!
