Brought my son's saxophone to the shop early August. They stated it would be available in about a week and I should be receiving a phone call regarding the repair quote the next day. I didn't receive the quote for over a week! I then had to follow up multiple times to check on the status of the repair. Their excuse? They had a bulk repair that had just come in and took precedent over my son's instrument that was waiting longer. THEN I follow up yet again about the status and they tell me that the neck to his sax is missing. Well, it was in the case when I dropped it off!!! So, they lost the neck!!! FINALLY received a call after one month of waiting for the repair to be complete that it was done . I went to pick it up, I bring up how long it took, the neck they lost.... no discount on the repair, no apology, nothing!!! I do not recommend going here at all!
