I had a cyst that was infected and after I called twice, they promised to get me in for an appointment. They told me twice they would call back. I have a history with cysts and if they are not taken care of quickly they leave horrible purple scars. I now how 2 of them in visible places. The office never called me back to get me in for an appointment. The same thing happened with my daughter. Do not trust the office staff if they say they will get back to you.

I got Restylane in my lips on Friday from Dr. Toome and they are obviously crooked. One side is bigger than the other. The office is very unimpressive with posters stuck to the wall with thumbtacks. I'll have someone else fix it. I should have left when I saw the condition of the office. *After writing this review you said to get in touch with you. I emailed twice but I'm getting zero responses* My top lip is still crooked!

Yes, we are still requiring patients to always wear face masks while they are in our office.
