If you sign up for a premium account on va.gov you can request it there and even print it out yourself.Or Google get my dd214 online and it will show you the website. Hope that helps.
No pain management is in the VA in Pennsylvania
It's worth the ride to the VA Auditory providers at the Vineland Clinic. The doctors are really good.
