I had no water for three months because my landlord refused to pay the previous tenants water bill, do I have a case? Plus they rented me a home that was in foreclosure without my knowledge, is that legal?

No he can not do it In foreclosure plus you can go to the state about water it's against the law to rent with no water or heat. He be penalized for doing this

The state sent a code enforcement officer to fine me for not having running water, I couldn't even stay at my home for those three months, and I'm not sure how but people were calling and texting me 6 months into my lease to come see the property so they could purchase it. I think that's harrassment along with so many other things that they did and didn't do' I looked them up on tbe BBB and they already have 18 complaints and they've only been in business for 5 years! TURNKEY PROPERTY SOLUTIONS.. Do not rent from them, they're worst than incompetent.
