I helped out a "friend" and eventually moved in with her, and to prevent her eviction, put my name on the lease as well. She has NOT been living there, nor has she paid a dime in months. Can I evict her?

Yes. You need to gather proog , text messages, written agreements etc... Go down to the self help center at the court house on lewis ave... They'll give you all the documents you need and point you the proper direction. Good luck...
