Does Lasalle Street Station has the Blue Line that will take us to Ohare?

No

The LaSalle Street Metra station and the LaSalle Blue line are two different stations, but are right on top of one another, both accessible from the intersection of Congress Parkway (aka Ida B Wells) and LaSalle Street

No but the LaSalle blue line subway station is below this building. Look for signage to the left when your exiting the train. Then an hour ride to Ohare. Usually max of 12 mins between blue line trains.

It isn't in the station, but it is right around the corner on congress.
