Outbound train came on inbound tracks. No electronic board with information! everyone was jumping across the tracks, running like crazy and maneuvering around narrow ledge some dragging suitcases to get on. I’m a senior with physical challenges so couldn’t follow the crowd. Not happy since Platform 1 was designated as outbound side. 2 hr wait to next train. Not happy .

The new station is open outbound but still under construction into the city, so not accessible on that side yet but it looks close. Long ramps up in the new station but meets ADA standard, no elevators. No attendant but there is a warming room in the new building.

They have no signs pointing to where u need to go bc of construction. Go to mariano's side and get on from their if ur trying to go towards Chicago. Missed train because of this and had to order lyft
