There's street parking and a few lots. The even number streets are free. Odd numbers are pay by plate.
It honestly depends on both how Metra is running in general and the weather is. Some days the train has electrical problems, or if it's cold you could be running anywhere between 5-20 minutes late. A normal day though it could come up to 2-3 minutes late though. Hope this helps.
