I stopped in to ask a few questions about my insurance coverage in regard to getting new frames. I had stepped on my current pair of glasses and bent the frames pretty bad! I was greeted by Josh and he was fantastic! He was honest, personable and explained clearly the transition to Rochester regional could affect my ins coverage this week. Then he took my broken glasses and fixed them for me!!! I was so impressed; this is the reason I have been a return customer for over 10 years now.

I like my doctor very much, however, the receptionists are the rudest people I've ever met. If you're not happy with your job, haul off. No one needs to put up with your attitude. I certaintly wont. Next time i call, you'll be hearing another tone from me if you guys don't change yours.
