I went to drop off a specimen. The lady at the front desk told me I need to sign in. There were three people behind the front desk at that time. I signed in and then waited for someone to return to front desk. In the time that I waited, 7 other people came into the waiting area. No one came back up to the front desk. Two people ended up leaving. When someone finally came to the front, they were extremely rude. I will never return to that location again!

Was in and out but heaven forbid the lady get off her phone while taking my blood. Very unprofessional.

Don't come here for stat testing. It takes minimum 4 hours and it's usually more on the spectrum of 6 - 8 hours. Most (not all) are rude and have no compassionate care. If you have a simple question or want to confirm they have your information correct you may be met with an attitude. I hope they are able to do better. They also do not use butterflies which are necessary to keep the integrity of the vein.
