For my most recent visit I had to park in the parking garage because the lot was full (a common occurrence, but the first time I’ve had to go to the garage). That made me late to my appointment. Each of the three receptionists I talked to on my quest to get checked in had something contradictory to say and one was just lazily listening to her AirPods, taking her sweet time. Oh and a doctor and her tech had a minute long discussion while holding the elevator door open and preventing anyone from traveling down. Basically it’s a logistics problem. They need to stop overbooking and streamline their receptionists. Otherwise they are OK.

Overall bad experience every time we visited. Dr’s that can’t even introduce themselves to trying to have images sent to a specialist. Lied when said it was sent and not professional enough to make a call to let you know issue resolved.

I totally recommend this eye institute to everyone. Dr Levin was awesome and very detailed in treating my daughter. He interacted with my daughter very professional but also joked around with her which help her to relax has she was very nervous. Everyone was very friendly, kind and caring for us. They get a five plus from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
