If I could say no stars, I would. Service is non-existent. My glasses needed to be looked at. But what happened instead, my glasses were not cleaned, in fact they were held in the reps hands for maybe 10 seconds. On top of that, I was then told, nothing can be done, just have to use my insurance for a new eye appointment and schedule. The glasses I have, barely 2 years old. But my lens are so scratched up, my vision line is so bad I have to peak over the frames. Poor service, I should not even use that word in describe their business practices there. I just need new lens, Hell maybe even clean them for me. Stay away.

I've been a patient of Dr. Evans for over 10 years. I even moved 30 minutes away and still make the trip to see him. When I was pregnant with my 1st child, I had an eye exam during pregnancy since I'm a type 1 diabetic and he found that I had pressure on my optic nerve, which turned out to be IIH. Luckily, he guided me in the right directions and got it taken care of so I didn't lose my eyesight! Forever grateful! He's super personable and friendly and always explains everything.

Been going for years last time problems first lenses were not correct next paid for transitional lenses not done head to return to reorder correct ones now having problems cannot get in for recheck for 2 months

Wow what has happened to this place. Been going to Dr Ellermyer for years.. awesome people used to be there..all gone. Even the landscaping has been torn out and weeds are growing around the windows. Card table chairs are just thrown middle of the room
