OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Each time I have called to pay on my account, or request a new service, the employees have gone above and beyond my expectations! Today, on a Friday, ( I'm sure it was super busy at the office) Jenn helped schedule and price containers... she is very knowledgeable and straight forward about EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I asked. She called back in a very timley manner-- as she promised....in my opinion thats very unlikley at most places of business in 2022... Also, Sam in accounting has shown me the exact same employee moral. Excited when she answers the phone and has also been very knowlegeable about the company.... diligently processed my payments and sent over receipts that had all the correct information.... (also, unheard of in 2022) These two employees are such big assets to the company --5 stars all the way across the board!
