The pharmacy is really bad they got my cousins prescription on the 19th I come in on the 22 and its not done then they said its going to take 30 to 45 mins to get done. This is ridiculous I should only wait 15 mins I don't know why I'm waiting this long if I'm coming in days later.

One of wrost Walgreens in Dorchester. one time I came and the freezer was broken and no ice cream or cold drinks.This place is also understaffed badly.

I called these people at 12"15 they told me I had 1caller ahead of me at 12:20 they left me on hold and never picked up the phone the customer service is appalling they stink

Well stocked, plenty of free parking. Shelves are Clean and Organized. Not many attendees to ask questions. Mara the cashier was very efficient and helpful. Parking lot is a bit rundown but good parking stillZ Pharmacy area is very small I noticed a long waiting for customers.

Facts. This lightskin Spanish girl there, stated “she finna beat my ass” as I was walking away. because I was tryna find out the prices and asking questions. if you’re so quick to be upset and not do your job right then DONT APPLY! It’s not that hard. like why apply if you know the job not for you.. is my question. I think she is very unprofessional and should be fired.

Am I the only who thinks Roxbury walgreens is the slowest store . The pharmacy and service in general is horrible.

Yes they are very slow and I don't think they're doing it on purpose they just slow obviously the manager or the district manager when they come to the store doesn't care that also means that no one has called the company to complain they should take a evaluation of the store and get new people to work at this location it's my understanding that it's the same people that has been working there for years
