We were promised before the close of escrow, the street in front of our building would be cleaned from construction stains (oil & mud). Its been 2 months and it still looks terrible. Our building has not had working exterior common lights now for 2 months and every time we speak to the superintendent he acts like it the first time he is hearing about it. The repairs are all requested online and so far we have not had anything repaired and on 2 occasions now, the person that was scheduled to repair a minor drywall issue never showed up, check out Yelp reviews before you buy, people on Yelp do not have to use their full names, so there are more reviews.
