They are extremely slow! That's all I can say! I'm going to start going to a different lab. This office is too slow for me

Lashani was great. I was taken back promptly at my appointment time. I am always nervous when getting blood drawn, but she was friendly and funny which helped a lot. She was very gentle and I barely felt a thing. I was playing phone tag with my doctors office to fax the order to their office and after my third time calling my doctors office, she called them for me and they finally got the paperwork handled.

I have always had a positive experience at Quest diagnostics. The phlebotomists are very gentle and rarely leave a bruise. And I'm a bleeder.

Over crowded waiting room. Horrible walk for elderly people. So disappointed they closed the oak wood road location.

Tom, they meant over the phone. Not in person. Anyway...go to their website at https://www.questdiagnostics.com/home/ for more information about calling them, Ken.
You can come into the building in the back and it is completely flat. There is also a wheelchair ramp on the side of the building closest to Oakwood Rd. Quest is on the left right inside that door.
Use the stairs to enter the building
How do I cancel an appointment?
You have to create an account online or through your cellphone. There is an app MyQuest
