If the reservation was made directly with the hotel you should contact the hotel. If the reservation was made by an agency or another provider please contact that company. Thank you
Your question is very ambiguous. If you contracted with the Hotel directly, then you have to communicate with them, if you did it with a Travel Agency, then with the latter
