My husband and I’s experience at the Shepley was incredible. This is probably the most hospitable hotel I’ve ever been to and the location is amazing. They were very accommodating, we arrived to Miami early and they allowed us to store our luggage there so we could walk around, they even upgraded our room when the room was ready! They have daily housekeeping, they greeted us and held the door for us every time we came and went, they provided beach chairs and towels as well. During my trip I needed to pump as I am a breastfeeding mother, they told me where I could store the milk as well as provided me ice each time I asked. Please book this hotel and remember when you are kind, you receive kindness back.

Caribbean-style hotel within walking distance of Ocean Drive. A bit small room for 4 people but we only stayed one night. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The only flaw is the fact that it has no parking and, around them, you pay around $ 30 per day

Enjoyed staying here. Room was a reasonable size for Miami. Brilliant location. Bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast out the front. Smelt nice. Recommended

Hi, there is no hotel shuttle. You can take taxi, uber, or Blue shuttle which stops at various hotels and you can reserve at the airport.
If the reservation was made directly with the hotel you should contact the hotel. If the reservation was made by an agency or another provider please contact that company. Thank you

Yes, we can store luggage at no additional cost.
They are very helpful, keep it without any problem. However, guests have access to the place where they stay, so don't forget to lock them up, just in case.
