They have the best customer service out of any hotel I’ve ever visited. It is outstanding! The lobby and overall interior is beautiful, the rooms are incredible/spacious and the food is delicious. I also love how close it is to the beach! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Miami.

The service was great the people are super friendly and the amenities are good The breakfast is also really good I am not a big fan of their theme Because the decorations in the lobby are kinda dark and it looks more like a jungle than the beach I prefer light sun and open concept Other than that I will definitely recommend It has great customer service Nice clean comfortable room, and beach access I will definitely stay again

Amazing hotel with amazing employees. The lobby smells wonderful as soon as you walk in. It is surrounded by major plants and candles. The pool and the beach were wonderful. We had some personal items that were accidentally trashed by house keeping but Erin and her team really took care of us and compensated us generously for our losses which meant a lot. It was a mesmerizing experience for our family. We will definitely be back next year.
