Another day another facility driver is here to pickup load, load is ready but we not gonna give u until appointment time make you wait 8 hours instead ,security even worse giving u attitude. Shame on that kind of policy 3 more hours on dock and they put two much wait on front .

In and out easy access is easy at security shack got parking inside i came early apt was at 12:00 pm came at 11:00am I don’t like wait time to load 10,000 lb took 3 hours

It’s a great place, very modern like many have mentioned Average of 2 hours to load. However , these loads going to Albertsons Irvine are heavy and there’s not a lot of time from when you depart San Bernardino to make it to your appointment in Irvine ( traffic & transit = 2hrs), making you late and by default make you ineligible for detention. After you arrive in Irvine expect 5 hours to unload a complicated load. The lumper fee is often $350-$370. I’ve done this load 3xs, and 3xs I have arrived late despite my best efforts to fight through evening traffic from the IE to The OC. The appointment at Quaker is at 15:00. They take 2 hours to load, you depart at 17:00 and you arrive late to your 18:45 appointment at Irvine. Remember, you have to make line to check in with the guard, make line to get to the front of the line to be able to exit your truck to go make another line at the checkin window; and that’s when they stamp your time card as arriving.
